Cynthia B. Chapman
Cynthia Chapman, who is licensed in both Texas and California, has practiced law since 1993. She focuses on commercial matters, franchising issues, personal injury, and product liability on both an individual and class-wide basis. Before joining the firm, Ms. Chapman was an associate with the San Diego law firms of English and Gloven and Seltzer Caplan Wilkins and McMahon.

Ms. Chapman graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992. She was a member of the San Diego Law Review Board and Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a B.A. degree in Art History in June 1988 from the University of California, San Diego, graduating cum laude.

Ms. Chapman is a member of the State Bars of Texas and California and is also licensed to practice before federal district courts in Texas and California. Ms. Chapman is also a member of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Houston Bar Association.
