Michael Caddell has practiced law since 1979. Amy E. Tabor
Amy Tabor represents clients in complex cases, including class actions, commercial litigation, and antitrust matters. She has represented consumers and employees in class actions involving the automotive, technology, and airline industries. She also has extensive experience in energy and construction litigation, as well as in Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) matters. She has appeared for clients in state and federal court in both Texas and California, before arbitral tribunals, and at the Texas Court of Appeals. After growing up in Houston, Texas, Mr. Scofield graduated from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and psychology.
