Michael Caddell has practiced law since 1979. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters, including product liability, class actions and commercial matters, franchising issues, trade secrets, toxic torts, and insurance. He has represented such clients as the Arochem Bankruptcy Trustee, Sohio/BP, Conoco, Union Texas Petroleum, GenCorp (General Tire Corporation), Tetco, Inc., and Britestarr, Inc. Since 1989, he has represented plaintiffs in obtaining verdicts and settlements valued at more than $3.0 billion.

Cynthia B. Chapman

Senior Partner

Cynthia Chapman, who is licensed in both Texas and California, has practiced law since 1993. She focuses on commercial matters, franchising issues, personal injury, and product liability on both an individual and class-wide basis. Before joining the firm, Ms. Chapman was an associate with the San Diego law firms of English and Gloven and Seltzer Caplan Wilkins and McMahon.

Amy E. Tabor

Attorney

Amy Tabor represents clients in complex cases, including class actions, commercial litigation, and antitrust matters. She has represented consumers and employees in class actions involving the automotive, technology, and airline industries. She also has extensive experience in energy and construction litigation, as well as in Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) matters. She has appeared for clients in state and federal court in both Texas and California, before arbitral tribunals, and at the Texas Court of Appeals. Before joining Caddell & Chapman, Ms. Tabor worked at the international law firm of Baker Botts, L.L.P.

John B. Scofield, Jr.

For over 20 years, John Scofield has advanced the rights and interests of companies in commercial disputes and represented families whose lives have been devastated as a result of defective products or corporate negligence. After growing up in Houston, Texas, Mr. Scofield graduated from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and psychology. He graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1992.
