You should receive a postcard in the mail with an Owner ID Number which you will need to download your claim form package(s) from the claim website. If you do not receive this postcard, please call the Claims Administrator at 1-800-207-0343 with your vehicle VIN numbers.

--Important Dates--
• Claims for reimbursement of costs incurred before August 26, 2009, must be received by February 1, 2010.
• Claims for reimbursement of certain towing or deductibles paid after August 26, 2009 must be received within 90 days of the date they were incurred.
• Claims for maintenance DVDs and hour meters must be received by December 31, 2010.
