Underpaid Claims by Insurance Companies for Polybutylene Plumbing Systems

Caddell & Chapman is investigating allegations that certain insurance companies (including Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, and others) have improperly failed to pay certain plumber costs following a leak in a polybutylene plumbing system.  If you have questions about whether you may have been underpaid by your insurance company in connection with a polybutylene pipe leak and would like to discuss a potential class action, please contact Cory S. Fein at csf@caddellchapman.com.
