Dana Levy has practiced law since 2001 and has experience in complex commercial and appellate litigation.

Ms. Levy graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001. She was a member of the San Diego Law Review Board and Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review. Ms. Levy received a B.A. in English and History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1997.

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Levy began her legal career at Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston, where her practice focused on commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with emphasis on business torts, breach of contract, and ERlSA and managed care litigation. In 2006, Ms. Levy was voted as one of Houston's Top Professionals on the Fast Track by H Texas magazine.

Over the course of my career, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters. I have found that no matter what legal issues are involved in a case, my deepest satisfaction comes from being the voice that helps individuals and businesses resolve their problems through the legal system.

I joined Caddell & Chapman because the people here have the fortitude, determination, creativity, and intellectual ability to be the most effective voice possible for our clients - both for counseling them through the litigation process and for advocating on their behalf. Beyond these skills, the people here genuinely care about the people we represent and the causes we champion. There is no better combination for effective legal advocacy, and I am proud to be a member of the team.
